Hang on..... that depends on how you measure the toe out and the 'straight ahead'!
Try this for yourself. Set the tracking PARALLEL on the stand (0 toe-in/out). Put the kart on the floor and put YOUR weight (or some weight) on the front bumper. You'll see the tracking CHANGE! It's becasue the chassis flexes with weight on the front and that compromises the tracking and make the kart go 'toe-in' when undcer ANY load....
Thus, if you are setting it at 0 on the stand.... it's running 2mm or more on the track.
Obviously, if you are 'tracking' the chassis while it's under-load, the results are different..... but that's the POINT!
