Erm......

If Biz tell you it sounds too serious to repair..... I think you should listen to them..... no matter WHAT anybody else says...... regardless of how close they are to you.....

I think we are talking about your son's kart....? A bend that has been straighteend in a 'serious' place and by a serious degree will weaken the chassis. Straigtening that bend may well DISASTEROUSLY weaken it. The thought of a break at that point on a chassis is not one I'd want to consider for my son.....

Put less emotionally, if the manufacturers are 'concerned' about straightening a bend in that position...... trust them. It just is NOT worth it!
