Swiss Auto, Vampire, Tech, EcoMoto 300, all around 35bhp, Yamaha 400

Biland tends to have more top end while the others are better out the slower corners and through the twisty layouts, and are lighter.

No you do not have to run sealed engines in F6

Remember also that F6 run a minimum driver weight not kart weight. 75kg for every driver is mandatory including ballast.
