Thanks a lot for your note. I have read your article many times and absorb a little more at each attempt....hence the questions.
I do enjoy the complexity of all this but am a person that needs to gain a good understanding of what I am attempting to do. Also, to have a tool (jet tech)that buys me time at the circuit then that is clearly the way to go. It, I'm sure, will also help with the understanding.
One last point. Can you describe what my son will feel when exiting a corner and the carb is running lean. Will it just not pull and how would he distinguish that from bogging down?
