Hi I have been out of karting for many years, and have recently got back into it.
I have to replace my sprocket carrier as it got bent last time out.
On checking the different options for a replacement, I saw that there are 'floating' carriers now. I had not seen them before.
I have held fire on buying a new carrier as I dont know which are best. Please let me know if the floating types are really better than the solid types please.
Also, how do you align the floating ones? As if they are moving, you can not put a rule from sprcket to engine sprocket as accuratelty as if the sprocket was fixed? Am I correct?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Olly
