Aha - thanks John.
Maybe more than coincidence that after last Wombwell final our carb was stripped. all jets and emulsion tube out etc, poked and prodded with all manner of gauges, measured and remeasured before being declared legal.
(Course - after that much time on the scrutineers bench it had more grit in it that the footwell of the car so needed a full sonic anyway...)
It would have been interesting if some part had come up as out of tolerance because everything was exactly as supplied by Rotax, as always, but I wonder now what range he was working to and how close to the limits we were!
