it is wrong

or you wouldnt have compressability factors to apply to the ideal gas law to model real gases

you are providing a constant supply of energy to the tyres anyway. a final stabilised temp will be the result of the balance of the heat in, plus generation with the heat out.

if you can get the heat out quicker then the tyre temp will decrease

helium has a higher thermal conductivity than air
