Something merely 'being your opinion' doesn't absolve you from your legal responsibilities.

If you doubt that, just think about a few opinions that I suspect you'd NOT risk posting to a web site. Then think of other such 'opinions':-

I don't think you'd find it acceptable for the Ku Klux Klan to post THEIR 'opinions' on black people on this web site.

Nor Nazis to post THEIR 'opinions' on Jews.

The only things you ARE allowed to say that seem defamatory are those things which you can PROVE to be true or are merely comments on artistic matters (bizarrely enough). Some comedy is also exempt.

Just stating that it's only your 'opinon' is NOT a defence!
