Daryl,
Thanks very much for the offer but I am running in LT's awning at the weekend. I'm sure they can sort this one with me.

Also I will be trying out the brand new Iztech soft seat and that should help with the issue. Plus I will take your advice on the soft axle and the others on pressure/temp.
