Has there been a particular incident in question, what do you consider an unrealistic amount. In my experience theres not as much cheating as people think in this sport but the sport is full of people who can't accept someone maybe quicker than them.

No I dont think there should be an MSA law disqualifying someone for a dominant win before being checked. Remember karting is about three things, a well set up kart, a decent motor and a driver who can use them, too many people look for the answer in the chassis or engine and never address the driver and wonder why its not happening.

Be a bit more specific with your question and you may get a resonable answer.
