Sorry forgot to add in normal dry conditions oval bar in flat position is softest setting. When you turn in to corner weight is allowed to transfer more eventually giving more bite on outside tyres. When you go to chrome round bar it's slightly stiffer so gives more initial turn in but allows the front end to the push on more than flat bar. The other round bars are stiffer and more pronounced versions of this with oval bar vertical stiffer yet. Generally the front bars are considered small handling tweeks and down to driver preference. You won't get buckets of lap time out of them. Front and rear width, height, caster settings and axle stiffness can make bigger more noticeable changes to handling
