I'm not critising the club for trying something different to alleviate the issues, only that they should have publicised their critieria for entry rather than keeping it under wraps until declining entries. I have close hand knowledge on how clubs are run, my parents ran MBKC for many years when grids were much larger than nowadays so I am well aware how difficult it is, but I also know that people will cooperate if they are treated fairly and respectfully, this goes both ways and a long way.
