This whole timing thing has become as complete shambles by the sound of it, reading the threat and comments above I think the MSA has made the wrong decision to use the tool. it is unbelievable that people gets disqualified on the day to potentially being reinstated due to incompetence of the Scrutineer. this leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth, if this would happen to us I would just pack the whole thing in and move class. Can you imagine the disappointment of my son who will be labelled as a cheat by his mates due to no fault of our own? They should've fiched the engine properly in the 1st place.
