Goman, I sympathise with any club trying to get observers, people just do NOT want to do it. I have tried time and time again at a circuit to get ex drivers to be observers, some give in and give it a go, but generally only once!

Its not a question of money for clubs in getting these valuable people but they just are not forthcoming, it truly is a thankless task but a hugely important one. If you could recommend some people to Clay to be observers I am sure they would, like any other club snap your hand off.
