You can get them in various lengths to fit the degree of ackermann that you are running.
This will change depending on which holes you choose on the drag link and on the steering arm by about 25 mm
25mm is really too much to compensate by adjusting the rose threads.
However, as far as I know the track is centralised (ie the track rods are of equal length) so measure the distance from the centre of your rose end to the beginning of the thread (the bit nearest the hole) and add 10mm (the thickness of the locking nut and 5mm of adjustment, then set the steering to zero toe in, measure the distance between your two chosen holes, subtract twice the rose end distance and that's your standard length.
