I think the general feedback was to improve not slag off. Track time should be looked at by all clubs, they take the money and the customer is entitled to feedback.
The issue I find at Shenny is that they are unwilling to listen and as often is the case, if you give someone a high vis jacket you get an attitude.
Example: Restricted access to the grid not being monitored and unattended children on the grid - there is no defendable reason for this whatsoever. I also tried to discuss the scales which were not reflecting weight on and off accurately - purely for feedback. I actually questioned what myself after that conversation!
First time I have raced there since the E pate and I will not be returning.
