The court adjourned today after 4 1/2 days of evidence without a decision either way. The decision of the judge ill follow submissions that are to be prepared by the legal councils of both parties based on the proceedings heard during the hearing and presented to the judge at a date yet to be set.
The bottom line being 'The Fat Lady has not sung yet' so watch this space.
We live in hope of an outcome based on the factual and scientific evidence presented in court and not the perceived or orchestrated attack on noise nuisance presented by local residents.
