If the old fluid was not silicon Dot 5, then I would change all the seals and then refill the system and bleed it.

I would also get a proper bleed tool.

Mike at Clay Pigeon Kart shop keeps the OTK seals in stock. The tin of Dot 5 fluid is more than the seals.
