Silly question but other than lead have you added weight in other ways.

Two floor trays - an extra 1kg
Solid Axle - extra 2.5 kg
heavy race suit - can be another 0.5 kg
different brake systems can work as well and add another 1-2 kg's

I have gone the other way and taken my kart from a standard 75 kg's down to 64 kg's - I am sure you can back track on some of it.
