It depends on what class you're racing in. The 010B has been designed to be optimal on SL tyres, in other words its been designed for the Rotax classes. The Charlotte and Daytona have been designed for use on other tyres e.g. those used in the KF classes and they're optimal there.
I'm using a 2008 010B in Rotax Max and I find it fantastic. I have to mention that there are very big differences between the 2008 and 2009 010B, particularly in terms of the front end geometry, so in determining which of the two to buy, you'd be best off speaking to somebody like Danny Andrew of KartParts who has done a lot of back to back testing between the two.
Hope this helps.
