Page 126 of the Blue book (S26) states that "An applicant 18 years of age or over applying for a kart (not kart clubman) Racing Competition :icence must pass a Medical examination by their GP before applying for their first licence following their 18th birthday." Then, until age 45 you complete an annual self-declaration.
