hi lee, have you had a browse of the ebook yet?

this page shows the shaft you describe

and this page shows a typical clutch( with a plate clutch alongside)

The clutch is driven by a key between shaft and clutch bore.
The clutches are sold with various size sprockets ( 16teeth - 22t, with 20t being a popular choice)
