agree with everything micheal said but would disagree with the pavesi's being tempermental. older ones are said to be tempermental but the newer ones arn't.

for the chassis i can't see why not. add a gearstick (will need to weld a few lugs on) and fit the brake system (might need new stubs).

if you do go down that route try contacting mk racing as he may be able to help you out with the tonykart bits and pavesi engines.
