of people who have signed the petition, someone has pointed out that the msa requires more evidence to move forward on this which basically is saying they need more accidents before they will act which is obsurd, one accident in terms of the HSE is enough to action an investigation and a temporary withdrawl/ban on the nosecone until proven safe surley?

im sorry but its not just on the msa to act on this one, but parents also who are sending their kids out on track against my and others children who dont run this kart!

the msa should be temp. banning the nosecone and anyone wishing to race should have to run an alternitive nosecone as responsible parent.
