Generally you will find that the Denso IW27 is the one to use, if it is a very cold or very wet & cool day go for the IW24 which will keep the motor cleaner at the bottom end. If it is hot over 23 deg C then try an IW 29. it is not normally hot enough in the UK to need the IW31.
The Jettech software for Rotax has a plug range for both Denso and NGK built in and this will be your best guide as it takes in to account other factors than ambient air temp such as humidity and barometric pressure which all have an effect.
