Yes you can separate individual heats / practice sessions. Not sure yet as mine is set up that way anyway and I cant remember the procedure but I will have a look.
You can also select laps by double clicking in the lap you want, you can also dissable any lap by clicking on that lap then selecting disable lap tab at the top of the list box.
