Yesterday I witnessed a ludicrus warning issued to 2 drivers for weaving on the straight while trying to pass a guy who was blocking to the extreme and constantly looking over his shoulder to see where to move next! What was the clerk thinking, were they supposed to do just punt him out of the way when he moved bo block their overtaking attempts?
They were actually in effect warned for NOT making contact and doing the right thing by avoiding avoidable contact! Surely the driver blocking should have recieved wthe warning for weaving as he was making no attempt to follow the conventional racing line moving more than once down the straights.
Mind you I suppose I should not be surprised as the same clerk once issued a warning against me for being hit from behind!!
