I would not see this engine/class as being aimed at competing with Easykart although some Easykart drivers might want to fit the engine to their Easykart chassis and compete in club races.

Easykart is a national/international series which birel have been very successful in promoting - now in 15 countries. many now run the BMB engines in all classes which must be a sound basis for the engine development.

Interesting that this class will run with Vega tyres which are used without problems in easykart but seem so unreliable in other series (according to posts on this forum).

Easykart runs within the MSA fold as it does within the national bodies in other countries so not really the same situation as for the Aixro.
