The internals are very similar to the 801. As that helmet retails at Ł117 and an Arai SK6 retails at Ł399 you can judge for yourself. The retail price for the new Duchini/Koden CMR helmet is Ł149.
I am not in any way knocking Arai helmets as I use one myself and sell them too, the simple fact is that the Arai is aimed at the top end of the market in the same way as you would compare an Audi A4 and an Aston DB9, both are excellent products, both get you around in comfort but the ŁŁŁŁ's on the price tag are a little diferent!
