Try ministox racing we pay £60 a year licence fee and as long as we have no damage thats all it costs us. We have two cars owing £1500 for the pair and my daughter has lots of fun

Reality is that karting is extremely expensive, short circuit racing isnt but isnt for poofs, god knows how my 12 year old does it to be honest. Reality is its great while dads paying for it, when dad stops all of a sudden son sees the reality of life and wants to do sod all with his life. That 16-25 period is really one where if your not getting your racing paid for then you wont be doing it. Simples.
