The Easykart series which is another Birel initiative uses Vega tyres and there have not been the problems seen with the Rotax ones.
You may get the odd bad tyre but that can happen with any manufacturer.
If you look at the Vega website kart tyres are their business and if every class was experiencing the same issues as Rotax then they won't be around for long. Maybe the tyres for the KGP class will work without problems.
