New karts mostly arrive in large boxes containing 2 chassis. each with axles fitted, floor trays but not much else.
When we ship out new karts we send them in the large boxes they originaly arrive with side pods, wheels, steering wheel and nose cone removed then shrink wrap the box.
Note if you try shipping on a pallet beware that should the kart be banded onto the pallet some distorsion may occur.
