Don't be silly you lot, this is a very good idea. A proper way to hold all involved to account, also a proper way to enter children for race meetings.
I don't want my kids punished for calling an official a blind twit (not that I would) in the heat of the moment, I should be punished.
The license also shows that a parent or guardian is properly supervising their kid and is present at signing on. Until now little eight year old Johnny is responsible for the behavier of dad, mum, brothers, sisters, gran, uncle Joe and the pet dog. We all know what cadet parents are like, much worse than the brats doing the racing.
By the way you can have four kids on one license...
