No information is given by Dunlop on tyre pressures. It has also been a few years since I ran my daughter in Cadets but I would have thought that what you run will be dependent on which chassis you run, the specific circuit and the conditions.

At this time of year with Senior Honda on Dunlop SL1 for example we can run at 40 PSI on a high grip circuit with consistent performance over a standard race distance. In the height of the summer, however, we can be as low as 16PSI at the same circuit.

I realise this does not help specifically and would advise asking the lads at the circuit that you are racing or test.
