40.51..... the kid's a genius.... I'd defy any of us to drive to that level of accuracy (without taking a look at the speedo!)

If he was being pushed too, what exactly would the CoC like him to do? Slam his brakes on and cause a massive incident?

Have to say in the stakes for completely unnecessary cruelty the pulling the pole sitter into the pits only to send them out into the traffic where they can impede everyone else is a Dr Evil level of genius, kind of a double up yours to the pole man and makes sure that everyone else is fully on their toes!

Sounds like a case of on paper it makes sense, in practice though it comes over as pretty poorly thought out.
