not a bad collection of some of the physics to be considered if you wanted to do this but there are a good few errors:

degrees Kelvin??

the kelvin is not referred to as a degree

you have to remember that the jet sizes vary for given 'sizes', so you want a 'calibrated' set to use for a given day's air conditions.

using a lambda sensor isnt absolutely necessary as you can use a data logger to find the power curve. always start rich.

you measure humidity with a hygrometer.....
