The engine is then sealed with an official MSA seal and submitted to a technical commissioner to verify.
Their word is final. If it is found to be compliant then the appeal fee is refunded but I am unsure how you stand for the re sealing or re building of the motor.
What exactly was your disputed measurement? And was the scruitineer an eligibility scruitineer? Only an eligibility scruitineer can exclude for a non compliance on a motor fische issue.
