So to cur down the abuse, similar in principal to showing a yellow flag when there is an "incident" ahead;

/1/ The nearest marshal post preceding the "incident" to show the Battenberg.
/2/ All other posts show Yellow flag
/3/ Every driver passing the Battenberg to run at rolling lap pace.
/4/ The pace setter is identified at start/finish by his kart number being shown to all.
/5/ When "incident" is resolved, the single Battenberg reverts to a Yellow and karts form up behind pace setter with the pace setter remaining at rolling lap pace.
/6/ Green flag etc across start finish line restarts race.
