Kartman - try OEKC or club 100 or any owner driver IKR racing, no licence, ARKS, medical etc required, many places follow MSA class rules, with MSA COC and marshalls, at clubs which run or ran MSA events. Many run tyre rules restricting the use of new tyres.
Not sure where you are but, Fulbeck, Tattershall, Woodthorpe, Hooton, 3 sisters I think, run Non MSA events, there are a load down south too.
Try IKR first with limited commitment and perhaps move into MSA if that's your bag.
