Just quoting the 'rules' as written. If "I ruled the world" all penalties for rule infringement (excepting safety issues) would be dependent on ' gaining an advantage', but, in a world where apparently people have been excluded for signing on an engine with one digit of the number incorrect, I doubt if 'Smokey's' ? engine would pass scrutineering as the winner of a Super1 round for example. Interesting to know how and why the situation has arisen.
