Disagree on the mixed up grids. I know they are supposed to be random, but in 3 years of racing we have only had one front row start and no pole. Normally we end up with 3 X mid grid slots which is arguably the worst scenario. I also note that certain drivers always seem to get front row starts.

The other issue, is that you end up sharing the same Tarmac with the same driver all weekend which inevitably leads to issues aswell. I'd prefer a proper lottery draw or timed quali.
