There is a heavy class in TKM Extreme, that runs at 166kg combined weight, as opposed to 148kg for "normal" seniors.

I am 100kg and 6'3", and have done the TKM Festival for the last two years, at about 178kg combined, so too heavy.

I am however only aware of the Heavies and Veterans class being run at the annual TKM Festival, but others elsewhere in the country might know differently?

You can lighten a chassis a fair bit with lighter components, but won't find 10kg this way.

Tal-Ko seem reluctant to promote the "heavies" to me, as it would make a brilliant alternative to the virtually mandatory Rotax 177 for people of our proportions.
