The chassis you are asking about is the same as the Tony EVXX or the Redspeed RX08 (if its a new one) So yes they are good.
You will need to remember that each chassis is an individual product and as such they all will differ in some way in feel so there can be good and bad ones from the same builder.
As for your question 'is it any good for Rotax 177' take a look at the results sheets from your local club circuit and it will show what is popular there and hence works! From my experience any OTK product (Tony, Kosmic, Redspeed, Alonso) will be basically a good product, but remember many top drivers will be able to win with a 5 bar gate on wheels so do not be blinded by that fact.
