Yes

So the price we see now is the cheaper discounted one?

The price you see now is a discounted conversion kit price.

It includes the clutch, drum, starter drive gear and the replacement metal clogs for the gearbox.

When you replace the clutch after that then you would only buy a clutch or drum or whatever.
