IMHO - you shouldnt have been put in this situation

but I do understand where the scruitineer is coming from, club racing is the entry level for our sport and is a learning ground, maybe a system of giving a driver a warning with regards to new regulations that mean thet have to bring the karts upto code by the next race needs to employed with new regulations, as we all dont have buckets of money to just change there and then, and also we all dont spend time reading the new regs each year, (althought i know we should)

Maybe the msa can allow january as a transfer period for new rules where by scruits can advise and show drivers what needs to be changed by feb???
