Don't want to start an argument, but thats just not true. The 2nd quickest person was only a bit slower than the quickest person.
Unfortunately until they post the times on this website I can't prove this.
In heat 1 I was BY FAR the slowest diver (by about 2 seconds a lap off the next slowest person), and even I was only 4 seconds a lap off the quickest time, and the second fastest driver was only a few tenths off the quickest.
It stretches credibility to believe that the quickest driver suddenly got 5 seconds a lap quicker or everyone else got 5 seconds a lap slower.
