well,excuse me for sticking my oar in as i dont rae rotax any more but in my opinion its nothig to do wih water getting ito the aibox.on my MANY spins in rotax i always remember the kart being difficult to restart afterwards,especially if id gone backwards in the spin,and that wasnt just me but everyone else i saw.i couldnt give you an explanation why but i happened.the bet way to stop it i woul suggest is to stop spinning!

if memory serves me right i generally gave it a second or two before rstarting and didnt try to acellerate aay too early otherwise as you have discovered,it stalls again

now,there may well be an issue with water getting in the airbox but you have my opinion anyway.best of luck
