Do you get taken to court then if you have one fitted to your useless backplate?

What legal bylaw, statute or citation does it transgress?

It's bad enough that the poxy things snap off but what is really galling, is the fact that your not 'allowed' to fit a replacement but have to get ripped off by having to buy another poxy one which will have the same poxy pin that will fail again.

If the poxy shoes didn't wear so quickly then the poxy pins wouldn't break, would they?

Still, at least we now have an horrendously expensive 'new' clutch, albeit from another moped and not specifically designed for racing.
