At Buckmore park at the weekend, Vic Parrot announced that following a directive from the MSA, they would not be examining clutches.

Does this mean that the greasing of clutches is not covered in the regulations and therefore not policeable?

It resulted in a free for all.

More grease than a Teddy Boy convention at the Kursaal. in Southend.

Does this mean you can do what you like now?
