Hi, I have used that engine in the past and sold my last eengine in February of this year. It is a Vortex VAD 100cc. Strawberry Racing still have parts manuals on their website. Although they carry very few spares.

Paul Carr Racing carries most spares and I bought most of mine from him. Excellent service and reasonable pricing.
You need a handheld starter and these are sold for about £150, I made my own socket from an old 3/4" socket and a bit of welding!
This was a fantastic engine and gave the Rotax's a good run for their money. Don't run the mixture to lean though, they pick up on the bore very easily.
Good luck and have fun
